金布涼介君が第170回日本鉄鋼協会秋季講演大会で優秀ポスター賞を受賞！ (Mr. Ryosuke Kanebu received the Outstanding Poster Award)

修士1年生の金布涼介君が第170回日本鉄鋼協会秋季講演大会のポスターセッションで、優秀ポスター賞を受賞しました。

今回は、開催場所が北海道大学のため参加者が史上最多(117人)でありましたが、そのような中で受賞したことは、素晴らしいことかと思います。

ポスタータイトルは、「ジャイロ研磨を用いたFe4N 窒化化合物層の結晶粒超微細化と気孔低減」であり、窒化化合物層の結晶粒の微細化という、

これまでにないアプローチが評価されての受賞になったかと思います。

金布君には、この受賞に満足することなく、引き続き研究を頑張ってもらいたいと思います。

at the poster session of the 170th Autumn Meeting of the Iron and Steel Institute of Japan.

This year’s meeting was held at Hokkaido University and recorded the highest number of participants in history (117). Receiving the award under such circumstances is truly a remarkable achievement.

The title of his poster was “Grain Refinement and Pore Reduction in Fe₄N Nitride Compound Layer by Gyro Polishing.” His unique approach of refining the grains in a nitride compound layer, which had not been attempted before, was highly recognized and led to this award.

We hope that Mr. Kanebu will not be content with this success but will continue to devote himself to further research.
